The working electrode sheet operated by electrolytic cell is a sheet-shaped working electrode, and sample installation is simple and convenient, easy to disassemble, and easy to handle.

The electrolytic cell is suitable for corrosion test of flat samples

The electrolytic cell has a round hole with a fixed area of 1 square centimeter on  side (the required size can be customized according to requirements), and an O ring that can be sealed

After placing the sample in the O-ring of the round hole, tighten screw at the sample to be tested by adjusting screw, so that the sample will be tightly pressed to achieve sealing effect

Simply place the stir bar in the cell and place cell body on top of magnetic stirrer for magnetic stirring.

The electrolytic cell is divided into single-layer and double-layer forms

The double layer adds a constant temperature water bath function on basis of a single layer.

By continuously passing constant temperature water circulating through the cc ring in jacket layer of electrolytic cell, inside of electrolytic cell achieves a constant temperature effect

Electrolysis cell cover material: PTFE, the size of the cover varies according to volume of electrolytic cell

The auxiliary electrode (counter electrode) of electrolytic cell is matched with 20 * 20 platinum mesh electrodes

The electrolytic cell is equipped with a standard Ag/AgCl electrode R1060

In order to make experiment achieve better results,  electrolytic cell is equipped with a special salt bridge for reference electrode.

 If corrosion test needs to avoid chloride ions, a saturated potassium nitrate solution is added to the salt bridge

The electrolytic cell is equipped with an F-type air inlet and a special liquid seal to prevent gas from flowing back out of electrolytic cell.

In order to better read the temperature of the cell body when electrolytic cell is thermostatted, the double-layer cell is equipped with a thermometer, and the single-layer cell needs to be purchased separately
